Building Baddies - an 8 week program built for anyone looking to build their lower body UP!

This program really focuses on training with true intensity and intention to get the absolute most out of your sessions. I want you to be able to get in and out of the gym in under an hour to an hour and a half, and leave feeling accomplished!

What is included:

  • 5x a week training split

    • 3 lower body focus, 2 upper body focus (you are more than welcome to modify your split if your schedule doesn’t allow you to train 5x a week! 3-4 sessions a week can still be super effective with proper intensity and execution).

  • How to train with proper intensity/execution

  • Nutrition education

    • How to calculate your macros based on your goal (fat loss, muscle gain, maintenance)

    • The power of your food choices

    • The importance of each macronutrient

  • Cardio and step count implementation guidance (how much should you be doing, when to increase, HR goal)

What you will need:

  • Fully equipped gym that includes:

    • free weight dumbbells

    • cables

    • AT LEAST one of the following: smith machine, barbell, or hack squat
