What our coaching offers:

  • Customized Training Program:

    • Video demonstrations

    • In depth form checks (videos will be required so we can monitor intensity, form, and tempo. This allows us to provide proper feedback since we can’t see you in person!)

    • Building a split for your goals but keeping your weekly schedule in mind

    • Training program updates every 3-6 months dependent on overall progression

  • Nutrition Guidance:

    • Custom macronutrient goals or meal plans dependent on goals

    • Nutrition educational PDFs (going over tracking macros, eating out, learning how to navigate your goals/social life)

    • Simple meal ideas and grocery lists provided

  • Cardio and step count protocol

  • Proper supplementation for immune, hormonal, and digestive health

  • Accountability check-ins

    • Weekly check in through our training app

    • Video reviews from us or in depth messages to review your week and how we will move forward

  • 1:1 Google Meet Calls as needed, if you find yourself needing to discuss anything in depth with me, these calls are always available for you to book
