meet the coaches
Coach Cae
Coming from a competitive cheer background basically my whole life, once that chapter closed - I needed to find a similar outlet where I could move my body, feel strong, and have that feeling of working towards a goal again.
I started to get into weightlifting in 2017 where I started with some CrossFit classes. These classes made me realize I loved feeling strong & pushing my mental and physical limits. Once I left for my freshman year of college I began to follow fitness creators that taught me a lot about training and nutrition - I would screenshot/screen record my favorite people’s videos and try to mimic what they were doing in the gym.
Fast forward a few years to 2020, and COVID hits the world and quite frankly gave me a rude but needed awakening. After a summer of gyms being closed, neglecting my body/mind, and using food/alcohol as a way to cope - I was at rock bottom. I knew something had to change within myself. It felt like I was starting from ground zero again in my fitness journey. Once the gyms had opened back up, I remember sitting in my car for almost an hour before every session trying to hype myself to go in. My confidence in myself was gone, and my passion for the gym was hard to get back into.
2020-2021 ended up being a huge year for my own personal health/fitness journey. I really leaned into focusing on getting strong again and fueling my body properly. Over the year I lost around 30-40lbs, but most importantly I discovered what my purpose was. In my senior year of college, I knew I wanted to help others in their fitness journey’s and become a coach. So, I finished up college with my marketing degree, got a job in market research, and began to work towards my personal training certification.
After about 8 months of studying and working towards my CPT, I passed my exam and began applying to gyms local to me. I ended up working for a local luxury boutique gym and learned a lot about how to work with all types of different clients, being hands on with clients, proper recovery techniques, and so much more. Simultaneously I worked to build up my online coaching business. Eventually I was fortunate enough to transition to full time online coaching in the spring of 2022. Since then I have been building my coaching business brick by brick. I am constantly looking to improve as a coach through mentorships, additional coaching certifications, and simply my own experience with my own fitness journey.
The opportunity to work with so many amazing women every year, and help them reach their goals is something I never take for granted.
This is my WHY. <3
Coach Sarah
My name is Sarah Scollo, and I am incredibly excited to be joining Caelan’s team. A little about me: I was born and raised in Colorado, where I grew up playing soccer and running track. During high school, I transitioned into lifting and quickly developed a passion for bodybuilding. I began working with Cae nearly two years ago after finishing my freshman year of college, and experienced firsthand the insane progress that can be achieved in just a few months with the right coach and the necessary discipline. Since then, my love for bodybuilding has only grown, and I plan to compete in the bikini division in the future.
As a coach, I firmly believe in taking a science-based approach when working with clients. I am currently a third-year Kinesiology student at the University of Michigan, specializing in Applied Exercise Science, and am certified as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. My academic background has allowed me to dive deeply into the science of human movement, muscle growth, body recomposition, and weight loss, giving me the knowledge to be an effective coach and resource for my clients. Having worked with a diverse range of in-person clients, I am thrilled to expand into the online coaching space to connect with even more people.
Under the guidance of Cae, I will be offering one-on-one coaching that includes customized workout programs, nutrition plans, cardio routines, and 24/7 access to me as a support system.
